Returns & Replacements


If you have a problem with a product, please contact us at the support email address listed in the footer of this webpage.

We will try our best to resolve the issue and if we can't you may be eligible to return the product.

The standard return window is 30 days from the date the order was delivered at your address.

Returns can be for any reason except where the buyer has damaged the product after it has been delivered.

For customers in the UK, we will pay the return shipping on items purchased in the last 30 days. After this period, you must pay for shipping the product back to us.

For international orders outside of the United Kingdom the buyer must always pay the return shipping costs.

 

Returned items can be:

Replaced: with the same product if available or a similar alternative by mutual agreement.

 

Refunded: for a full refund of the item price plus shipping. (International shipping charges are excluded from the refund amount)

 

Part Exchanged: if you do not want the same product again you can exchange it for a different one. You will either pay the difference or receive a credit for the difference.


Warranty Information


This section applies if your product develops a fault outside of the 30 day return window.

We provide a 24-month retailer warranty against product defects that were present at the point you purchased the product.

It is up to you to prove these defects were present at the time the product was sold.

This warranty is non transferable to anyone else so will no longer apply if you sell the product on within the 24 month period.

This warranty is also separate from any manufacturer warranties that may by included with the product. Before you can claim under this warranty you must attempt to claim under the manufacturer warranty that came with your product if it that warranty is still valid.

All our individual customers are eligible for this warranty. Trade customers or businesses who buy the products to resell them on are not.

 

If you believe you comply with the above conditions please contact us at the support email address to make your warranty claim.

 

If we accept your claim under this retailer warranty. We will attempt to resolve it by applying the following methods in the same order set forth below;

1)  Attempt to repair the product and send it back to you. You will pay shipping costs both ways.

2)  Replace it with a fully operational item of the same model that is in a similar condition of wear and tear to the one sent back to us

3)  Offer a partial credit based on the current market value of the product of similar condition.
